Cineflix Rights has acquired two recently announced new property series from Scott Brothers Entertainment, to add to its slate as the distribution home of the global Property Brothers franchise.

Property Brothers: Commitment Issues (working title, 14×60’, Scott Brothers Entertainment for HGTV Canada) meets homeowners who have sold their previous property and are on the brink of making a new purchase, but who have concerns and can’t make a decision. Brothers Drew and Jonathan step in with last minute listings in an attempt to save homeowners a lifetime of headaches and help them create a forever home.

Top of the Block (40×30’, Scott Brothers Entertainment for HGTV Canada) drops viewers into one community where five homeowners are convinced they have the most impressive home in the neighbourhood. Whether they’re friendly, competitive, or even rivals, these are homeowners who have a lot of pride in the work they’ve put into their homes and want a real estate expert to finally crown the best of the best.
