Cineflix Rights closes multiple international sales for more than 400 hours of long running franchises

30 March 2026 — Cineflix Rights has closed multiple deals for more than 400 hours from new seasons of some of its biggest, longest running lifestyle franchises and hit Australian natural history series.

The latest renovation brand from global stars Drew and Jonathan Scott, Property Brothers: Under Pressure (14×60’, Scott Brothers Entertainment for HGTV, US and Canada) has been sold to UKTV (UK), Discovery Latin America, Groupe TVA (Canada) for its CASA channel, Nelonen (Finland), AMC Living (Iberia), Mediaset (Spain), Canal+ Polska S.A (Poland) for its Canal+ Domo channel, AMC Networks International Central and Northern Europe (AMCNI CNE) for its Spektrum Home channel in Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia, and Talit (Israel).  Discovery Latin America has also bought Property Brothers: Forever Home (Seasons 1 and 2, 80×60’, Scott Brothers Entertainment for HGTV, US and Canada).

Dreamia PT has acquired Seasons 1 and 2 (65×60’) of Spark Media Partners’ top-rating Channel 4 renovation franchise Château DIY for its Casa e Cozinha channel in Portugal, with Season 1 (20×60’) also being picked up by Warner Bros: Discovery for its viewers in Turkey.  A New Life in the Sun (Season 9, 35×60’, True North Productions for Channel 4, UK), has been picked up by Nelonen (Finland).

TV2 Denmark has acquired supersized renovation show Help! We Bought A Village (Seasons 1,2 and 3, 80×60’, True North Productions for Channel 4, UK), while Canal+ Polska S.A (Poland) has bought Season1 (20×60’), and AMCNI CNE has taken Seasons 1and 2 (50×60’) for its Spektrum Home channel in Hungary, Czech Republic, and Slovakia.

Food and travel shows continue to sell well, with Disney’s Dutch platform 24 Kitchen picking up and Ainsley’s Taste of the Bahamas (10×30’, Rock Oyster Media for ITV, UK), alongside Canal+ Polska S.A for its Canal+ Kuchnia channel. SBS Australia has also bought Ainsley’s Taste of the Bahamas together with Dermot’s Taste of Ireland (Season 2, 10×30’, Rock Oyster Media for ITV, UK). And ahead of the football World Cup, M6 (France) and 24 Kitchen have both bought Ainsley’s Football Feasts (5×60’, Rock Oyster Media for ITV, UK).).

Sky (Germany) has acquired long-running Australian hit Inside Taronga Zoo (Season 7, 10×60’, McAvoy Media for Nine Network, Australia and National Geographic, US). Bell Media has picked up all seven seasons (83×60’), and Talpa (Holland) has also picked up Season 7 of the show.

STV Studios’ Auction House franchise, which follows auctioneers as they unearth treasures and convert them into cash, proving popular with international buyers.  Nine Network (Australia) has bought The Derbyshire Auction House (Seasons 1 and 2, 20×60’) and The Edinburgh Auction House (8×60’), both produced by STV Studios for Really (UK). And Discovery Italy picked up The Yorkshire Auction House (Season 3, 25×60’) for its RealTime channel.

Discovery has bought Season 5 of Richard Hammond’s Workshop (8×60’, Chimp Productions and Krempelwood for Discovery, UK and Eire) which follows the TV presenter as he runs a high-end restoration shop for rare classic cars and motorbikes for its channels across EMEA.
