J.C. leads scripted and unscripted content strategy for Cineflix Productions, and oversees the deal-making process with networks and third parties. He curates the development slate—boosting growth through internally-generated ideas as well as partnerships with outside creatives—and is responsible for building the division’s emerging feature doc business. As part of the Cineflix Media executive team,  J.C. drives new commercial opportunities such as joint ventures and overall deals across the company. In 2022, he was behind the launch team for Cineflix Media’s first three FAST channels: The Real Disaster Channel, Crime & Justice, and Property & Reno.   

J.C.’s executive producer credits with Cineflix Productions include:  Summer Qamp,a feature documentary chronicling the stories of LGBTQIA2S+ campers and counselors for Super Channel and TVA,  which is making waves on the festival circuit with official selections including  Toronto International Film Festival, Calgary International Film Festival, Hamptons International Film Festival, and Montclair Film Festival;  the acclaimed Nancy Buirski film Desperate Souls, Dark City and the Midnight Cowboy,  which premiered at the Venice International Film Festival and the Telluride Film Festival in 2022; multiple TV Movies for Hallmark Channel including Undercover Holiday;  as well as Bad Behind Bars: Jodi Arias for Lifetime; discovery+’s powerful and unflinching docuseries Fight or Flight; and A&E’s gripping two-part special The Torso Killer Confessions. In 2024, J.C. and his team will be debuting two new series in the home category: Betting on Paradise  for HGTV and  Property Virgins  for A&E’s Home.Made.Nation.  

Previously, J.C. was President and General Manager of Glass Entertainment Group, increasing its content portfolio to over a dozen new networks and platforms while producing more than 160 episodes. Prior to Glass, he was an agent at ICM Partners representing showrunners, directors, and production companies of non-fiction content. As a Director of Development at National Geographic, J.C. developed over 100 hours of content.  He began his career in international distribution with Shine International working from both LA & London while selling tape and formats to the global market. Later, at Zodiak Rights, he led the U.S. acquisitions strategy out of LA and NY.  J.C. is also admitted to practice law in New York, and serves as aRealscreen DIALOG  mentor.

As VP, Development, Kristin is responsible for unscripted development for the US market across all content platforms. She has more than a decade of development, production, and casting experience across a wide range of genres including factual series, reality formats, documentaries and specials, and studio talk shows.

Previously, Kristin was VP of Development at All3Media-owned Optomen Productions, where she was responsible for developing docuseries and original formats for US broadcast and cable networks including PBS, Lifetime, and Food Network. Prior to Optomen, she served as VP of Development for Part2 Pictures where she oversaw the development team and a slate of titles such as MSNBC’s docu-series Story of Cool with LL Cool J and investigative three-part series Breaking HateScene of the Crime with Tony Harris for Investigation Discovery; and CNN’s News and Documentary Emmy® Award-nominated Chasing Life with Dr. Sanjay Gupta. She has also held various development positions at networks including truTV where she oversaw casting and talent for the network, and developed Swamp HuntersSafe Crackers, and Cash Dome. While at Discovery Channel, Kristin recast Dual Survival and oversaw casting and research for the network’s internal development. She then was the Director of Development for National Geographic Channel, where she developed multiple shows including the six-part series Original Sin: Sex, event special Brain Surgery Live, and The Boonies.
