Cineflix Rights takes Coroner and Wynonna Earp to Brazil

Cineflix Rights has sold Seasons 1-3 of its hit crime drama Coroner and Seasons 1-4 of supernatural cult sensation Wynonna Earp to Brazilian OTT and SVOD service Globoplay, part of Grupo Globo.

Inspired by the best-selling series of books by M.R. Hall, Coroner (Seasons 1-3, 26X60’, Muse Entertainment, Back Alley Films, and Cineflix Studios for CBC, Canada) is a character-driven, procedural series about Dr. Jenny Cooper (Serinda Swan), a recently widowed, newly appointed coroner who investigates suspicious, unnatural or sudden deaths in Toronto. The show is a huge international success, airing globally on CBC, The CW Network, Channel 4, Sky Witness, and NBCUniversal International Networks.

Wynonna Earp (Seasons 1-4, 49X60’, IDW Entertainment, Cineflix Studios, and SEVEN24 Films for SYFY, US and CTV Sci-Fi, Canada) is the award-winning, action-packed sci-fi series which follows Wyatt Earp’s great-granddaughter as she battles demons and other supernatural beings. Winner of the 2020 and 2018 E! People’s Choice Award for Sci-Fi/Fantasy Show, Wynonna Earp recently sold to NBCUniversal International Networks science fiction channels in Iberia, France, Germany, Austria and Switzerland (SYFY), and in Poland and the Balkans (SCIFI).
