Cineflix Rights unveils new slate for MIPCOM 2016

October 07, 2016

Cineflix Rights, one of the UK’s largest independent TV content distributors, has announced the latest additions to its MIPCOM 2016 slate.

Chuck’s World (13×30’, Trio Orange) follows celebrity chef Chuck Hughes on a culinary adventure packed with exciting discoveries and encounters with fascinating locals. On his flavour-filled travels, Chuck tracks down some of the world’s most exotic ingredients to create dishes typical of the regions he visits.

Style Factory (14×30’, Cineflix Productions), the latest addition to the distributor’s hugely popular Factory franchise, is a dazzling behind-the-scenes look at how fashion and beauty products are made. Fashionistas and company insiders reveal the incredible stories about the items consumers need and covet most.

Wild Animal Rescue (6×60’, Top Shelf Productions and Clawed Hat Films) gives viewers unprecedented access to one of the world’s largest animal welfare organizations, Four Paws, as they undertake daring and sometimes dangerous missions to rescue abused animals and give them a better life.

Cineflix Rights will also be exclusively premiering scripted formats from one of Canada’s most creative and acclaimed drama producers Aetios Productions. These include the critically acclaimed hit series Ruptures and Blue Moon, as well as award-winning series Unit 9Fortier, and 30 Lives .

Chris Bonney, CEO Rights, Cineflix Media said: “I’m delighted to be expanding our slate for MIPCOM with high quality content combining two of the most on-trend factual genres – food and adventurous travel with evergreen wildlife. As we build our scripted offering to buyers, I’m also really pleased to be adding Aetios Productions’ award-winning scripted formats to our catalogue.”
