MEDIA RELEASE: CINEFLIX MEDIA BOLSTERS SENIOR EXECUTIVE TEAM, POSITIONING THE COMPANY TO CAPITALIZE ON ONGOING GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES

Cineflix Media has announced two promotions and a key hire within its leadership team, as it continues to expand its activities amid unprecedented demand for content.

Adrienne Curran has been promoted to COO, Cineflix Media where she leads strategic planning and implementation of the company’s business goals, spanning joint ventures and producer partnerships, while overseeing operations. Based in Dublin and reporting to Cineflix Media Co-CEOs and Co-Founders Glen Salzman and Katherine Buck, Adrienne first joined Cineflix International Media in 2003 as Managing Director and was promoted to COO, Cineflix Rights in 2011.

Julie Wolf joins Cineflix in the newly created role of Senior Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs. Based in the New York office and reporting to J.C. Mills, President and Commercial Director of Cineflix Productions, Julie will work closely with senior management and the company’s global business and legal affairs teams on both scripted and unscripted projects. Julie’s previous roles include Vice President, Business & Legal Affairs for First Look Media and Senior Vice President, Business & Legal Affairs at Discovery Communications, where she spent 16 years managing programming deals and related transactions for Discovery’s networks, including Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, and ID, as well as Discovery’s Original Content Group.

Roxana Firescu has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Reporting to Cineflix Media CFO Andrew Porporino, and working out of the company’s Montreal headquarters, Roxana oversees all aspects of HR for the corporate, production, and distribution divisions—as well as for Cineflix’s joint venture and producer partner entities.
